Exercise: Seating Plan - Reports

1)	Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-503.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it).
2)	Open the file Seats With Info.vsd
3)	Select all the seat shapes in the diagram and from the menu choose   Tools   Reports...
4)	Choose to create a new report and complete the wizard using the information below: The report should be based on objects that are selected. You should include the Guest Name, Starter, Main, and Dessert properties. The report title should be Guest Meals. Sort the report by Guest Name in ascending order. Save the report definition in this drawing with the name Guest Report.
5)	Run the new report and choose to format it as a Visio shape.
	Note that you can double click on the report to edit it as an Excel object.
6)	Save the file with the same name.
