Booking a Microsoft training Course at Wise Owl

Booking a Wise Owl Microsoft training course online is simple!

• first find the Microsoft training course you want
• click on the button on this course's web page to see course availability
• find the date you want to book, and click on it
• fill in your name, email address, company address and invoicing address
• click on the button to submit this information - your place is now provisionally booked for 7 days, and nothing can change this!

We will NEVER pass on your details to any third party. Ever.

Course confirmation

When we receive your booking, we will send you out by the next day's post (or by email) a booking form confirming all the course details. Just sign the form, and return it to us in the pre-paid envelope to confirm your course place.

We will then send out a joining pack, giving directions for how to reach the training centre, start times, lunch details, etc. We also usually send out a reminder email a day or two before the course, just in case you'd forgotten about it!

Paying for your course

You can pay for your course in one of two ways:

• If you work for a UK company having 10 or more employees you can wait until you receive the invoice after the course. You then have 30 days in which to make your payment by cheque or BACS. Alternatively you can pay by credit card over the telephone after making your booking.
• If you are a private individual, you work for a company having less than 10 employees or you are based abroad you must pay by credit card. You can do this by telephoning us after making your booking and paying by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (formerly Switch) or Solo.

After the course

Here is what you will get after the course:

• A certificate showing that you have attended the course.
• For onsite training courses only, the trainer's feedback on the course.
• An invoice for the course (if you have not already paid for your place).

You then have 30 days to pay the invoice.

What happens if I want to cancel my place?

If after confirming a booking you cancel your place, you will be liable as follows.

• Cancellations made more than a month before the course - 20% of the course fee
• Cancellations made less than a month but more than a week before the course - 50% of the course fee
• Cancellations made within a week of the course taking place - 100% of the course fee
