Microsoft training with Wise Owl - the differences

Here are some refreshing differences with Wise Owl Microsoft training:

• We NEVER subcontract our training or use freelancers (no more badly trained mercenaries presenting someone else's material).
• All our courseware is printed in colour (no more badly copied monochrome booklets with smudges on page 52). You can download example chapters of our Microsoft training courseware on the subject of your choice - it's all written in Word, so you'll be able to view it on screen and print it out.
• There will be no more than 6 people on your course, and you will have your own computer (no more death-by-PowerPoint-presentation).
• We don't invoice courses until after they have taken place (no more aggressive letters demanding payment when you haven't even attended the course - which if you think about it is just plain bad manners).
• Our trainers also develop in the packages in which they train (no more being afraid to ask a question, because you know the trainer won't know the answer).
• If you want to take your exercises home at the end of the day, we will give you a USB stick (no more unreliable floppy disks or empty promises to email material after the course).
