Microsoft Software training - Microsoft Project (2 days)
This course is for Microsoft Software versions up to 2003 - we also run an equivalent Microsoft Project 2007 training course.
We can not make you a perfect project manager, but we can show you how to use Microsoft Project effectively. Learn how to juggle tasks and resources, and create that all-important Gantt chart! This course also covers topics such as creating and assigning resources, conflict levelling and splitting tasks.

Microsoft Project training - Pre-requisites
Delegates should have some project planning experience, together with good experience of using Windows and a mouse.
