Exercise: New IT system - Task Calendars

| 1) | Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-933.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it). | ||
| 2) | Open the file found in the folder shown above. | ||
| 3) | Add in a weekly meeting to run throughout the project with the following settings:

| 4) | Assign the following resources to the new Breakfast Meeting tasks:

| 5) | Review the details of the 'Breakfast Meeting', is it still happening at 7am? | ||
|
|||
| 6) | Amend the 'Breakfast Meeting' task so that it can happen at the correct time, as the resources will attend the meeting outside of their normal working hours. | ||
| 7) | Your final entry table should look similar to the below: | ||
Adding the time will affect all project files until it is changed again.
