| 1) | Start a new project scheduled to start today. |
| 2) | Create the following task: |
A simple task with a duration of 10 days

| 3) | Display the Task Information dialog box and set the task type to Fixed Duration. |
| 4) | Switch to the Resource Sheet and create the following work resource: |
Don't forget to set the Max Units to 200%
|
|
| 5) | Switch back to the Gantt Chart, change the table view to Work and assign the resource @ 100%. |
| 6) | Increase the assignment to 200%. Notice that the duration stays fixed but the work changes. |
| 7) | Experiment with changing resource assignments, work and durations, noting how Project 'balances' the formula. |
| 8) | Close the file without saving the changes. |
