Exercise: Car Showroom - Export to Database
| 1) | Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-510.zip |
| 2) | Create a new Excel file, save it as Car Data.xls and close it down. |
| 3) | Open the file Cars for Export.vsd |
| 4) | Select all the car shapes and from the menu select Tools Export to Database... |
| 5) | From the Name: drop list choose Excel Files and select the Car Data.xls file. |
| 6) | Modify the Cells to export list to match the diagram below: |
Use the Modify... button to change the details.

| 7) | Click OK to export the data. |
| 8) | Open the Excel file Car Data.xls and view the NewTable sheet. |
| 9) | Save the Excel and Visio files and close them down. |
