| 2) | Open the file in the folder shown above. |
| 3) | Switch to the Resource Sheet and add the following resources to the list of resources available: |
Note you have to fill in different information for the work resources.

| 4) | Switch back to the Gantt Chart and make the following resource assignments:

| 5) | Save the file with the name Room Ruined.mpp and close it down. |
