This Microsoft Publisher MAIL MERGE exercise is provided to allow potential course delegates to assess their suitability for the Wise Owl MICROSOFT PUBLISHER course only, and may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any format without the prior written consent of Wise Owl.

Exercise: Holiday Brochure - Publisher Mail Merge

1)	Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-628.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it).
2)	Start a new publication based on a Blank Full Page template.
3)	Start the Mail and Catalog Merge Wizard and perform the following steps: Choose to create a Catalog Merge then click Next. Choose to Browse... and find the Excel file called HolidayList. Choose to include all the data from Sheet1. Click Next and then insert fields to create the merge area.
4)	Insert fields into the Merge Area to resemble the example below:
	Feel free to improve on the formatting.
5)	Preview the results and then complete the merge by choosing to Create new publication...
	You should have a new publication with 5 pages.
