This Microsoft Project PROJECT BASICS exercise is provided to allow potential course delegates to assess their suitability for the Wise Owl MICROSOFT PROJECT course only, and may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any format without the prior written consent of Wise Owl.

Exercise: Break Time - Create and Assign Material Resources

1)	Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-283.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it).
2)	Open the file BreakTime.mpp.
3)	Switch to the Resource Sheet and create the following material resources:
	Note that not all columns are shown here
4)	Switch back to the Gantt Chart and display the Assign Resources dialog box.
5)	Assign the following resources to each of the four Break tasks: Coffee (4 cups) Biscuits (2 packets) Tea (4 mugs) Cakes (4 cakes)
You can assign the same resources to multiple tasks at the same time by selecting all the tasks and then making the assignments.
6)	Save the changes and close the file.
