Exercise: Pyramid Tracking 8 weeks

1)	Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-234.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it).
2)	If necessary switch to the Tracking Gantt view.
3)	If necessary change the Table view to Tracking.
4)	Update the project, marking work as complete through to today's date.
5)	The fixed cost for the Site was actually £12,000.
You may need to use the Cost table to update the fixed cost of a Summary Task.
6)	The actual cost of laying the foundations was £80,000.
7)	View some of the following reports: Project Summary Overbudget Tasks Overbudget Resources Budget Slipping Tasks
8)	Close the file without saving the changes.
