Exercise: Travelling - Task Calendars

A full answer to this exercise is provided as part of the training course!

1)	Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-891.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it).
2)	Open the file found in the folder above.
3)	Assign the 24 hour calendar to each of the tasks within the project.
4)	Make the following resource assignments, ensuring the task durations do not change, Assign Kate & John to each of the tasks in the project Assign a Pilot, Co-Pilot and 8 Flight Crew to each of the three flight tasks.
5)	Your duration will have changed back to 4.25 days, why?
6)	Correct this to ensure the overall duration is 2 days, your final plan should look similar to the below:
	Amend the zoom level to see the effect more clearly.
You can chose to ignore the resource calendars on these tasks or if the resources will always work 24hours in this project change the base calendars assigned to the resource.
7)	Save the updated file as Journey Planned and close it down.
