Exercise: Breakfast Meeting - Recuring Task & Calendars

1)	Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-890.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it).
2)	Open the file found in the folder shown above.
3)	Add in a weekly meeting to run throughout the project with the following settings: Name:            Breakfast Meeting Duration:        1 hour Recurrence:    Weekly Day:                Monday Range:             08/09/08 at 07:00 to end of the project. Calendar:        24hour
You can be specific about the start times by typing the time in the 24hour format once the date has been selected.
4)	Assign the following resources to the new Breakfast Meeting task: IT Manager Project Manager
5)	Review the details of the 'Breakfast Meeting', is it still happening at 7am?
To see the time for the start and finish of a task you will need to change the date format to include the time via the Tools => Options... => View Tab.
6)	Amend the 'Breakfast Meeting' task so that it can happen at the correct time, as the resources will attend the meeting outside of their normal working hours.
7)	Your final entry table should look similar to the below:
	Adding the time will affect all project files, until it is changes back.
8)	Save the updated file as New System Ready to Go and close it down.
