Exercise: Surprise Party - Task Types

1)	Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-887.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it).
2)	Open the file found in the folder shown above.
3)	Assign the following Task Types to ensure control over the Duration, Work Hours & Resource Units calculation. Invite Guests - Fixed Work Keep the secret - Fixed Duration Distraction - Fixed Duration Surprise - Fixed Duration Enjoy Party - Fixed Duration
4)	Ensure you have the correct Effort Driven indicators in place, then make the following resource assignments:
	Your durations should not be changing at this point!
5)	Taking 3 weeks to invite the guests is a bit slow. How many people would it need to get the invitations out in 1 week?
6)	Change the resource assignment on the Arrange Catering task so that two of the Best Friends are taking this on instead of the partner. Your duration for this task should halve with this change.
7)	Your final project should look similar to the below:
	The resource names have been removed from the Gantt chart via formatting.
8)	Save the updated file as Surprise Planned and close it down.
