This Microsoft Project 2007 COSTS AND RESOURCES exercise is provided to allow potential course delegates to assess their suitability for the Wise Owl MICROSOFT PROJECT 2007 course only, and may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any format without the prior written consent of Wise Owl.

Exercise: Break Time - Material resources

1)	Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-883.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it).
2)	Open the file in the folder shown above.
3)	Switch to the Resource Sheet and create the following resources:
	Note: Not all the columns are shown here.
4)	Switch back to the Gantt Chart and assign the following resources to each of the four Break tasks: Coffee (4 cups) Biscuits (1 packet) Tea (3 mugs) Cakes (2 cakes)
Use the Assign Resources dialog box to assign the same resources to multiple tasks by selecting the relevant tasks first and then making the assignments.
5)	Save the updated file as Break Time - now we have cake.mpp and close it down.
