This course is for Microsoft Office versions up to 2003 - we also run an equivalent Introduction to Word 2007 training course.
If you haven't used Microsoft Word before, this one-day introductory course is the perfect place to start. Assuming no knowledge of Word, the course shows you how to create letters and reports in Word, format your text and print your letters.
