| 1) | Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-756.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it). |
| 2) | On a new document, create an address label for every agency member on the Avery A4 L7165 size label. |
| 3) | For your recipient list use the file called: Full dating Agency List Table.doc |
The merge labels will look something like this until you ask to view the merged data rather than the codes.

| 4) | In the first merge, print out a parcel label to everyone in the agency. |
| 5) | Save the document with the name: Merge parcel labels for dating agency |
| 6) | Use the same document to print out another set of parcel labels, but this time limit the recipient list to all the females only. |
| 7) | Check that your no. of labels is reduced before printing (use the Last record button)! |
| 8) | Print your labels (if possible), re-save the document and close it. |
