This Microsoft Office 2007 FORMS exercise is provided to allow potential course delegates to assess their suitability for the Wise Owl EXCEL 2007 VISUAL BASIC course only, and may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any format without the prior written consent of Wise Owl.

Exercise: Dinosaur form with lots of controls

A full answer to this exercise is provided as part of the training course!

1) Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-923.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it).
2) Create and make work a form for entering new dinosaurs into this spreadsheet.  When you click on the Add button, your macros should validate the data entered and transfer it into the first blank row of the dinosaur list.
3) The first two pages of your multipage control could look like this (see overleaf for the other two pages):

4) The other two pages could look like this:

5) Save this workbook as Dinosaur form.xlsm, and close it down.
