Exercise: Favourite cartoon character

| 1) | A new digital TV channel has conducted a poll to find the favourite children's TV character. Type in the results are as follows: |
The range of characters in the poll was quite limited!

| 2) | Create a formulae which gives the total votes received by Tinky-Winky: |
Tinky-Winky's votes are the sum of cells B4, C4 and D4

| 3) | Copy this formula down to give the total votes for each of the characters. |
| 4) | Now add in a formula to give the total number of votes cast by each group, as follows: |
