Exercise: Movies - Range names

A full answer to this exercise is provided as part of the training course!

1) Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-812.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it).
2) Create the following range names:
  • Budget - referring to C3:C22
  • Gross - referring to D3:D22
  • Profit - referring to E3:E22
  • TicketsSold - referring to F3:F22
  • TicketPrice - referring to H3
3) Use the range names you have created to calculate the following values:
  • Profit - subtract Budget from Gross
  • TicketsSold - divide Gross by TicketPrice
  • MIN and MAX of Profit and TicketsSold
4) Save the file with the same name and close it down.
