| 1) | Download the files needed to start this exercise: exercise-813.zip (and click here if you experience any problems unzipping this file after downloading it). |
| 2) | Open the file in the folder shown above. |
| 3) | Create a formula to calculate the cost for each item by multiplying the number of hours by the rate. |
You need to absolutely reference the cell containing the rate

| 4) | Copy the formula down and make sure that it works. |
| 5) | Use the SUM function to calculate the total bill. |
And that's without the materials and VAT!

| 6) | Save the file with the same name and close it down. |
