2)	Create a query called joinMostExpensivePetName to list the name(s) of the pet(s) with the most expensive vet bill (there may be more than one).

3)	Create a query called joinOldestPetName to list the name of the oldest pet.
4)	Create a query called joinYoungestPetName to list the name of the youngest pet.
