We ordered a tailor made training session to teach a team of technophobes the art of charts! By the time the day was over all the staff were producing fantastic material, under expert and patient supervision. The training manuals are so easy to understand, written in plain English with concise diagrams so that you do not have to remember or write anything down, it is all there for you in the manual. Wise Owl could make a fortune re-writing the self assembly instructions for flat pack furniture! Failing that they should stick to computer training, which they do very well indeed!
